Blessed with two days of beautiful weather, eleven Ballbashers thoroughly enjoyed their annual outing to Seaford Golf Club who, even more than before, delivered a very high quality experience on and off the course. The weather was perfect and the views of the South Downs and the sea delightful.
The newly renovated Sand Bucket was won by Ashley and RobM who delivered the perfect team mix of steady down-the-middle golf and random moments of brilliance including a chip-in from off the green for 5 points.
Ashley also organised the whole trip perfectly so it was a well-deserved result. At the prize-giving he came up with a reason to give everyone a prize which left some slightly puzzled but all very happy. He has already reserved our slot at Seaford for next year so it’s time to buy the 2026 diary.
